 Little Builders

Little Builders ages 3–6 require a participating adult to assist them during the experience.

We encourage curiosity and independence, but little hands sometimes need a little grown-up help with building, cutting, connecting materials and following multi-step directions.

Junior & Mixed-Age Builders

A responsible adult or group leader must remain on-site throughout the experience.

For Mixed-Age Builders, children ages 3–6 will need a participating adult to assist them during the activity.

Your Space

Builders & Books comes to you!

Hosts should provide an appropriate indoor space with enough tables and chairs for participating builders, access to a restroom and adequate room for everyone to work safely.

Builders & Books will need access to the space approximately 15 minutes before and after the class for setup and breakdown.

Travel

Standard class pricing includes travel to locations within 25 driving miles of Aubrey, Texas.

For locations outside our standard service area:

26–35 miles: +$25 travel fee
36–45 miles: +$40 travel fee
Beyond 45 miles: Please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

Reserving Your Date

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your class date.

Your deposit is applied toward your final balance.

Final Headcount & Payment

Your final participant count and remaining balance are due 7 days before your scheduled class.

Final pricing is based on your confirmed participant count or the $200 minimum booking rate, whichever is greater.

Because materials are purchased and prepared according to your final headcount, refunds cannot be provided for children who are absent on the day of the class.

Additional children may participate when space and materials are available, up to our 15-child maximum.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Plans change—we understand!

Bookings may be transferred to one new date with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

The $50 booking deposit is nonrefundable.

Illness, family emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.

Severe Weather

Safety comes first.

If severe weather or unsafe travel conditions affect your scheduled experience, Builders & Books will work with your group to select a new date without a rescheduling fee.

If Builders & Books Must Cancel

If Builders & Books must cancel an experience due to illness, emergency or another unforeseen circumstance, you may choose to reschedule your class or receive a full refund of payments made.
